Established in 2016, Piccadilly Consulting was founded by Damien Collins who has over 20 years experience in the Property Development Industry and a passion for creating sustainable vibrant communities and places where people enjoy to live work and play.

OUR EXPERIENCE
Piccadilly Consulting's founder, Damien Collins, has over 20 years experience in the property development industry with leading organisations such as Lendlease, Urbex (a BMD Group Company), and Sinclair Knight Merz (now Jacobs).

Damien brings a wealth of experience to the table from his past involvement in a number of notable large masterplanned property developments, including:
